IIXIIST believe that customer service should be honest and effortless. Exchanges are absolutely understandable. Your new swimwear may not fit perfectly the first time so we welcome you to exchange it for another size, style or colour.
IIXIIST does not offer physical exchanges of goods, instead we will issue you with an Electronic Credit note. This can then be used for you to seamlessly re-shop your preferred bikini.
For all exchanges within Australia, items must be returned within 7 business days from the date of receiving the item. All international exchange requests must be submitted within 21 days from the original shipping date.
Exchange requests outside of this grace period will not be accepted.
Please note, any items purchased during sale/discount period are final sale. Final sale/discount items are ineligible for exchange.
To begin the exchange process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an approved return authorisation.
Upon returning your suit, please ensure you enclose the following items with your return;
· You must print and complete an exchange form, also found at the bottom of this page, and enclose it with your bikini
· Your enclosed bikini must remain unsoiled, unworn and with tags and linings still intact, including packaging
Please note, when making an exchange you may not be guaranteed your specified size, style or colour run. iixiist do not mass produce our pieces, this means each bikini is part of limited range.
All of our pieces are handmade with care. To ensure only the highest quality garments are being sent to you, all items are individually inspected before being shipped. In the unlikely instance that your swimwear has a major problem, you can choose a refund or exchange. This is when the item:
• Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• Is unsafe
• Is significantly different from the sample or description
• Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. If your original item is no longer in stock for a replacement, you will be issued with a credit note.

Once we receive your exchange, your return will be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange Credit Note has been issued.
