Free Regular Shipping on all orders above $120 AUD


All orders are shipped through Australia Post.

Unless specified otherwise, all domestic orders are sent via regular post.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation of this lodgement.
Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery. If your package is not signed for upon delivery it will be taken to your local post office for collection. 

IIXIIST are not responsible for any Return To Sender charges.

Regular Domestic - $10.00
3-7 Business Days; Tracking available


Express Domestic - $13.00
1-3 Business Days; All movement is completely trackable, signature on delivery required.

Unless otherwise specified, all orders require signatures.
If you or a neighbour is home to accept the order, then a signature will be required. If nobody is home to receive the parcel, Australia Post will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver and provide you with details on where the parcel has been delivered to.

Deliveries will remain in Australia post stores for 10 business days before being sent to the depot and retuned back to IIXIIST. 

To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, as our team will have already started processing your order.

If changes to your delivery address require urgent change, please email customer service here, within 12 hours of purchasing.  

Generally orders are shipped within 48hrs of being placed.

IIXIIST accept all major Credit Card Payments and offer AfterPay to all Australian residents. Your shopping cart will step you through this process. 

Exchanges are absolutely understandable. Your new swimwear may not fit perfectly the first time and so we welcome you to exchange it for another size, style or colour run.

Easy! To request a return, simply email us at orders@iixiist.com.

You will then be emailed the appropriate exchange instructions, guidelines and a return shipping address. 
Simply pop it in the post and send it back to us.

Once your return has been received and processed, your electronic gift card will be issued.
